How to Work With Us

We aim to make business process outsourcing a smooth process with seamless integration into your businesses needs and own team. Anywhere from one virtual assistant to a team of 100 administration staff, we can handle it all for you, no dramas.

We manage the recruitment, onboarding and training and everything else that the employee needs. All you need to do is train your new team members on what they will be doing for you. You have full control of the employee and over how we can work best together.

By outsourcing with Ovisacom you can lower your operational overheads, increase productivity, and focus on your immediate needs, while letting us take care of the rest.

STEP 1

Define Your Needs

Your Client Manager will meet with you face to face, via phone, or online, to understand your pain points and what sort of staff you need. You can set deadlines in the case of a one-off project, or you can contract for a part-time (ongoing) need or longer-term / constant workflow.

We will then document the job description, required workflows, objectives & expected outcomes.

STEP 2

Sourcing and Recruiting

Our staff will do the initial interviewing, screening, skill assessments, behavioral and personality evaluations.

We test your candidates on everything from time management and work processes to their ability to work autonomously and then share the list of finalists with you.

Most positions receive 100+ applications and take 1-2 weeks to fill.

STEP 3

Final Interview

We will invite you to interview the finalists via Video Conference. (Our HR team can assist you with the interview process).

We will retain notes of all the interviews and prepare a list of candidates and their interview notes for you your review.

Following the interviews, you can choose who you would like us to employ and when they can start work.

STEP 4

Onboarding

Your new team member(s) will be formally inducted to Ovisacom security and HR policies as well as all your own policies and procedures.

We will work with you and your team to train up the new virtual assistant / outsourced staff member so they can do the tasks required of them.

Our priority is to streamline the training and onboarding so you can hit the ground running.

STEP 5

Go Live!

You will now have full control over your virtual assistant(s) as they start working according to the assigned job description and tasks.

Your team will communicate any questions or clarifications via a secure channel, and provide feedback when necessary.

Of course, we are always here to help, you are not expected to manage and operate your remote workforce alone.

STEP 6

Ongoing Monitoring & Supervision

Your Ovisacom Client Manager will work with you to set your team’s goals and objectives, assess their progress and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Reviews will be conducted at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure your satisfaction.

Our ongoing analytics and reporting provide you with the measurements you require to see the impact of your new team on your bottom line.
